Q1: Are you a factory?

Q2: Are LED neon signs prone to breakages? What are they made of?
Our LED Neon is made from proprietary PVC molding technology, most signs deliver with high quality acrylic as backing.
Our neon signs produce relatively no heat, unbreakable, energy-efficient, and least expensive compared to traditional glass tube neon.They are much stronger than traditional neon signs.
Q3: Can you use LED Neon Sign Signs outdoor?
By default most of the neon signs are created for indoor use but we can make outdoor neon flex signs upon request. This will entail weather proofing the sign, which will be an additional fee
What’s the typical lead time for custom orders?
All orders are made to order by hand in our international production facility with the upmost of care and attention to detail.
Due to extremely high demand recently, there is a slight waiting list right now - we treat all orders first come first served, so right now hand made custom production time averages 5-6 weeks after payment. We never rush production as each piece is kept to the highest standard. You will always be kept updated on your piece throughout this time frame.
Please also be aware that many shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19, and regardless of shipping service we use, they may be subject to some delays out of our hands. We will always do our best to ensure fastest possible production and delivery.
Shipping times refer to time in transit after the piece completes production and leaves our factory - Once your piece ships, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping is on average 2-7 days depending on country and service level chosen at checkout.
Q4: How do you power the neon signs?
All of our signs connect directly into a standard power socket (with plug for each shipping country) and it comes with a 12V transformer.
Q5: How long do the LED neon signs last?
The lifetime of LED light lasts minimum of 30,000 hours. That is equivalent to 10 years if you turn on neon sign for 10 hours per day. This is about 3 times longer lifespan than traditional gas neon signs. Normally if there is a problem it’s usually the transformer that fails, however these are replaceable items and we can supply replacements if necessary if outside of the warranty period.
Q6: Does it require any maintenance?
Not at all. LED is environmentally friendly and maintenance free.
Q: How much does it cost to run a sign?
A: Most neon signs use about the same amount of electricity as a standard light bulb. This averages out to 20 cents a day. Larger neon signs will of course cost more to run. LED signs are even more energy efficient than neon.
Q: Do your signs come with a power supply and ready to hang?
A: All signs come fully assembled and are ready to hang, plug-in and turn on. They do not include hanging hardware because the type of hardware needed will be dependent on where you hang the sign. The back panels will either have holes punched in the back for hanging on a wall or holes to hang with a chain. Let us know if you would like your sign formatted for hanging on a wall or hung from a chain, otherwise the default is holes in the back for hanging on a wall.

Q7: What’s the length of the power cord?
The cord from the neon sign is 1.8 meters (6ft) long encased with a clear coating, with an additional of 1.2 meters (4ft) of black or white cord from the power adaptor. There’s another 1 meter (3ft) black or white cord from the adaptor to your plug. In total it’s 13ft from the neon sign to your power plug.
Q8: How safe are LED neon signs?
Our LED neon signs are only 12V so run at a much safer voltage than traditional neon. Because of its low output voltage, no heat will be generated on the outer surface even after long hours of operating.
Q9: Will my neon sign require any specialist installation?
The majority of neon signs that we supply are for internal use, and come mounted on an acrylic panel (making them easily portable), complete with a normal mains plug, which can be plugged into an accessible plug socket. The sign simply needs to be fixed onto the wall, or suspended from chain that we can supply as optional accessory. Neon signs for permanent external use, and some large internal neon signs, will require specialist installation.
